Maurizio Cattelan's cat cage

mmmhhh, is this a photoshop collage or a set up? I really hope so, otherwise it'd mean this "artist" has killed and taxidermied a cat and a bird in order to make his "masterpiece", does anybody know?

it's not a collage, it's an actual sculpture by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan, if you're familiar with his art you would have recognized it immediately, he has often used taxidermied animals in his works, like dogs, horses ad donkeys. They actually sell for milions of dollars... you can see a photo here to get an idea of the work:

I’m sorry for the cat myself, but this is tragic and comic at the same time, Cattelan’s ironical and anti-authoritarian approach stands out at his best.
